Typically, patients will enjoy comeptitive in-person fees, and discount telehealth consultations.
The clinicians working with Telesol Psychology are independent health practitioners* and determine their own fees. Most clinicians use the following fee structure. Clinicians who use a different fee structure are listed below.

Provisional Psychologist Consult Cost: $85
Provisional Psychologists are not eligible for Medicare rebates. This fee repesents your consult cost. Provisional Pyschologists are employees of Telesol Psychology.

Payment processing fees 1.90% + $1.00
A payment processing fee is charged in addition to the price of the consult / fee.

After Hours + $10
M-F: Starting before 9am / Starting from 4pm or later. Sat / Sun / Public Holidays: All day.

Non-Attendance Fee $70 + GST
A Non-Attendance Fee will apply if patients do not attend their appointment / cancel with less than 4 hours notice. The fee may be waived / discounted by your practitioner in the event of genuine medical / social barriers. Please use the cancellation link in your confirmation email to cancel.

Medicare Rebate See below
The above pricing assumes patients have been referred under a Mental Health Care Plan and are eligible for Medicare rebates. Please see below for full pricing details.

Appointment Duration 1 Hour
Appointments are 1 hour in duration, consisting of a 50 minute consultation and 10 minutes of administration time.

Switching from In-person to Telehealth
If you are unable to attend your In-person appointment, you may request your clinician to switch to Telehealth. In such cases, the usual In-person fee applies.

Telehealth Only Service
The Telehealth Only Service refers to clinicians who are offering consultations only via Telehealth. There is no option to see these clinicians in-person.

Work Cover
Telesol Psychology does not process claims directly to the insurer at this time. Patient will be billed directly, and then need to claim back their rebate from their insurer. There will typically be a small out of pocket cost.
